ACHS PawTalk began full force in the fall of 2017. Two students took the already existing broadcast equipment and built what PawTalk is today. Those two students were Chris Miller and John Mask. The began by broadcasting ACHS Football games to a handful of listeners. As the season progressed, the PawTalk fanbase grew. Astonished by its popularity, ACHS PawTalk continued to broadcast live events during basketball season - covering both the girls and boys.
Since the channels birth, ACHS PawTalk has accrued 166 followers on Mixlr and has garnered over 16,000 listens in its lifetime. The ACHS PawTalk family is still growing. This program gives people an opportunity to catch play-by-play action in a lighthearted and sometimes comedic approach. By broadcasting the event via Mixlr, Golden Bear fans have access to the content near and far. We have had listeners all across Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Virginia, Illinois, and even on tug boats and oil rigs!
ACHS Pawtalk carries all ACHS Football, Boys Basketball, and Girls Basketball games. We have also followed the ACHS Lady Bear Volleyball team through the playoffs.
