Parents, "Pictures with Santa" will be Tuesday, November 17th in the school auditorium during school hours. The cost is $10 each. For families with multiple students, it is $10 for first picture then $5 for each additional student. In case you didn't get an order form, you can write the following information on a piece of paper: Student Name: Teacher: Email where images will be sent: Thank you!

Tomorrow at school we're celebrating election day as a patriotic day. Students and staff are encouraged to wear red, white, and blue.

Goodness!🥴 Who's all glad that the dress up days are over!! 🤣LOL...at least until December! 🤪 October was a very busy, yet fun month for us all; however, we are most THANKFUL that November is a little more slow pace!

KES PTO will be spreading Aggie spirit on Friday!!! Every student will be given a face tattoo to wear on Friday! Let's make this Friday the best Maroon Friday yet! Reminder to send 1 bag of individually wrapped candy to school for our annual Trunk-R-Treat. You may drop off at the office or send to your child's homeroom teacher. We appreciate your help -- it takes alot of candy to make this event successful!

We told you this month is FULL of FUN! Friday is the 50th Day of School, next week is HOMECOMING WEEK, and the last week of the month is RED RIBBON WEEK!

Happy Fall Break!! There will be No School during the week of October 7th-11th! School will resume on Monday, October 14th.

What You've All Been Waiting For....KES Homecoming Dress Up Days! Homecoming Week is October 21st - 25th

We are so excited to announce that Kossuth Elementary School has once again achieved the prestigious distinction of being an "A" Rated School. Congratulations to all the students, faculty, and staff of KES for all their hard work and dedication.

KES Picture Day is tomorrow, for Pre-K, Kindergarten, & 1st grade students. Another picture form will be sent home today. These pictures will be used for the KES yearbook. 2nd, 3rd, 4th grade, Ms. Kelly Hart's class, & Mr. Luke Lyles' class picture day will be Wed, Sept. 18th.

The Alcorn School District is aware of and will be monitoring the incoming weather situation this evening. Should the need for schedule changes arise, we will communicate as quickly as possible regarding all decisions.

We still have spots available for our Sumer School Program during the month of June. The school will consist of ELA & Math Lessons, Daily Fun Activities, Daily STEM Activities, and Character Education. Breakfast and Lunch will be provided, as well as, bus transportation.
